Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values steady to firm on moderate demand and moderate 
offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, and loin cuts steady to weak while 
round cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings mostly sharply higher on good 
demand and heavy offerings.

moderate.
